My coaching exists to help people build a mindset and a body they can actually sustain.
I'm not about crash diets, quick fixes, or chasing the scale at the expense of your health or headspace. If it doesn't fit real life, it won't last, and it won't make you happier.
My approach is simple:
👉 Coach the human first. The outcome comes second.
Sometimes that means pushing performance and getting stronger. Other times it means improving sleep, managing stress, eating enough, or rebuilding your relationship with food and training.
I care more about your confidence, habits, performance, and self-belief than what the scales say next week, because when the human grows, the results follow naturally.
Sustainability is not a slogan to me. It is the standard.
Coaching with me is a partnership. I'll guide, educate, and challenge you, while shaping training around real life so you become more capable and independent over time, not dependent on me.

I Practice What I Preach
My own transformation journey: 72.9kg to 61.5kg
When I started this transformation in April, the goal was never about achieving perfection. It was about proving that sustainable results come from consistency, not restriction.
Throughout this journey, there were holidays, social events, missed training days, and moments where motivation was completely absent. But that's exactly what makes this transformation meaningful - it represents reality, not an unrealistic ideal.
I wanted to demonstrate that you can pursue ambitious fitness goals without isolating yourself from life. You can enjoy holidays, have a few drinks, occasionally skip tracking, dine out with friends - and still achieve results you're proud of.
The process might take longer, and perfection isn't the goal. But the ability to maintain balance while progressing toward your objectives? That's what creates lasting change.
This photoshoot wasn't just about the final result. It was a milestone, a marker of commitment, and proof of what's possible when you stay consistent long after the initial motivation fades.

My knowledge doesn't stop at training clients - I'm also passionate about teaching aspiring personal trainers and sharing what I've learned over the years.
PT Course Instructor
I teach the Level 3 RQF (QQI Level 5 equivalent) Personal Training course at The Warehouse Gym Academy in Galway - an industry-recognised qualification that prepares students to work confidently in any gym or start their own PT business.
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to formalise your fitness knowledge, the course covers everything from anatomy and nutrition to programme design and real-world coaching practice.
What the course covers:
- Practical coaching skills in real gym environments
- Programme design, anatomy, and exercise technique
- Nutrition fundamentals and client communication
- Business setup and how to get clients as a new PT
Course Details:
Duration: 6 or 10 weeks (depending on intake)
Location: The Warehouse Gym, Galway
Qualification: Nationally recognized QQI Level 5 (RQF Level 3)
